These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Independent Compliance Consultants LLC, doing business as Cortivex Medical ("Cortivex Medical," "we," "us," or "our"). Cortivex Medical reports are designed to provide objective data and an independent neurologist's clinical opinion to support — not replace — the clinical judgment of treating physicians and the legal judgment of licensed attorneys. Cortivex Medical makes no representation or warranty as to the admissibility, weight, or use of any report in any specific legal proceeding.

5. No Guarantees

Cortivex Medical does not guarantee any particular outcome, finding, diagnosis, settlement, verdict, or result. Information presented on the Site, including descriptions of services, technology, turnaround times, service areas, and pricing, is subject to change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cortivex Medical or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. 9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Cortivex Medical AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF Cortivex Medical HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Cortivex Medical'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cortivex Medical and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
