These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Independent Compliance Consultants ("ICC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. This document is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
1. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

2. No Professional Relationship
Accessing the Site, submitting a web form, or otherwise interacting with content on the Site does not create a doctor-patient relationship, attorney-client relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and ICC, its personnel, or any neurologist or other professional in our network. Such relationships are formed only by separate written agreement and after appropriate intake and credentialing.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, legal advice, or a recommendation regarding any specific course of action. Always consult appropriately qualified professionals before making medical or legal decisions.
4. Services and Reports
ICC provides brain function assessment services and reports. ICC does not provide medical treatment, prescriptions, ongoing medical care, or legal representation. ICC reports are designed to provide objective data and an independent neurologist's clinical opinion to support — not replace — the clinical judgment of treating physicians and the legal judgment of licensed attorneys. ICC makes no representation or warranty as to the admissibility, weight, or use of any report in any specific legal proceeding.
5. No Guarantees
ICC does not guarantee any particular outcome, finding, diagnosis, settlement, verdict, or result. Information presented on the Site, including descriptions of services, technology, turnaround times, service areas, and pricing, is subject to change without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ICC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. User Submissions
By submitting any information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You grant ICC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted information for the purposes of responding to you and providing services. Do not submit protected health information through public web forms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ICC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ICC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ICC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ICC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
